This is a character piece and should be considered in the context of its stylistic Victorian roots. Each of the characters should be mindful of the accent used in delivery.

Although no specific events are portrayed, hopefully the listener can visualise traffic jams, finding somewhere to park, a band playing somewhere, buskers in shop doorways etc. Then perhaps there are little places, possibly a small park where we rest for a while as we gaze up at the tall buildings, and a large crane dominating the skyline on a construction site.
