Lullaby (cello)

Violoncello and piano, c.2'30. 

Originally written for violin and by request, adapted here for cello.  "The opening theme is based on a melody written on a scrap of manuscript which I found when tidying the papers which had collected on top of my piano.  However, the gentle mood of this small melody gave me the idea for the Lullaby."
