A collection of piano pieces for pattern recognition, memory and sight reading to encourage students to develop unassisted at home. The student encounters in a range of a patterns in various positions, rhythms and keys and encouraged to use what they already know and build new learning on previous knowledge. Memory is encouraged, as students can memorise a pattern, a chord progression, a simple phrase, then see it as a musical word in other pieces.
