Five pieces for Viola, Clarinet in Bb and piano, c.10'20

The children arrive at the party to the strains of a Pavan. At the party the children dance passionately to many tunes, represented here by a Tango followed by a Jazzy Waltz.  But when night time approaches it is time to send the children off to bed to the sound of a toy soldier March. Tucked up in bed at last, the children soon fall asleep as the sounds of a gentle Lullaby permeate the evening air.
