Crown Shyness (string quartet)

Crown shyness is a phenomenon observed in certain tree species, where the crowns of fully grown trees do not touch each other, creating a canopy with distinct gaps or channels. This creates a mesmerising puzzle when viewed from below. In music, each tree could symbolise a unique instrument, playing its melody without clashing with its neighbours.
