A modern take on a courtly dance, from Elizabethan times perhaps.  Couples promenade with dignified grace, demurely bowing and curtsying.  But soon, as shy eyes meet and hearts start to race, the frisson of courtly romance fills the air.  Dresses whirl, passions surge and inhibitions melt away, courtly manners give way to country matters and the evening takes a decidedly indecorous turn.
